Everyone. Just register yourself for each session you want to attend as there are limited spots available for ticketed sessions.

Hosted by ambassadors Bailey O'Brien, Ben Seymore, Ryan Mannix, and our partners at REVL, the breathing room is a community hub. Athletes and spectators are invited. Everyone is welcome.

The lululemon breathing room has been designed as a space to pause, reset and prepare for your best race yet. Step into our guided breathwork experience, featuring techniques designed to help transform pre-race adrenaline into calm, focused energy while maintaining an ideal heart rate for performance. Whether you're looking to settle nerves, sharpen your mindset, or simply take a moment for yourself, the breathing room is designed to help you feel race-ready. You'll also have access to exclusive programming, hear from elite athletes and inspiring community members, enjoy fuelling opportunities, and have the chance to score some exciting lululemon giveaways.

  • Your Best Race Yet with Bailey O'Brien: Practical race-day strategy, mindset tips and performance insights to help you get the most out of your race experience.
  • Breathwork Sessions with Ryan Mannix: Guided breathwork experiences focused on managing nerves, improving focus and preparing your body and mind for race day.
  • Shakeout Run + Panel Talk hosted by REVL: An opportunity to move with the community before racing and hear insights from experienced athletes and coaches.
  • Post-Race Debrief with Bailey O'Brien and Ben Seymore: A relaxed conversation reflecting on race-day experiences, key learnings and performance takeaways.
